The Voyage of Musical Discovery series was established and designed by the Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra and its founding artistic director and world-renowned educator, the late Richard Gill.
The second Voyage of Musical Discovery charts the links between music , culture and narrative, from music from the early Romantic period performed by the Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra to Argentinian and Australian storytelling in new music performed by our guest artists, Tango Enigmático.
Tango Enigmático is a Brisbane-based trio with a strong connection to Argentinian music. In the second half of this program they will perform music by composer, performer and improviser Cécile Elton.
