Bursary application form
The Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra is committed to ensuring that talented young musicians who wish to further their engagement with historically informed performance are able to do so, regardless of their geographic location or financial circumstances. With very generous support from private donors we are able to provide a limited number of bursaries for eligible applicants to attend the Young Mannheim Symphonists National and/or State Academies.
There are two types of bursary:
Travel & Accommodation Bursary
Participation Fee Bursary
It is possible to apply for both bursaries. The bursaries are assessed by a panel from the Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra Management Team on a needs basis. The amount of each bursary is dependent on the circumstances of the applicant. All information provided on this Bursary Application Form is confidential.
Closing date for bursary applications: midnight on Sunday 1 December. Applicants will be notified if their bursary application was successful together as soon as possible.
